Keyi (Larry) Yang, General Manager, CSO of Oschatz Energy & Environment Co., Ltd.
On May 10th, the Oschatz Global team embarked on a team-building activity with the theme “ecological journey.”
This trip’s destination was Gaochun Yaxi International Slow City, a scenic area surrounded by mountains and streams on one side, with high vegetation coverage and a superior ecological environment.
In the morning, the team gathered on the Lu family lawn, where Keyi (Larry) Yang, the company’s general manager, gave an inspiring speech. His words were full of expectations and confidence for everyone, which kicked off a wonderful day of activities.
Warm-up!
Before starting team building, Production Department Manager Hong Wei led everyone to start a simple and relaxing warm-up activity. Immediately afterwards, each group discussed the players for the game.
The first game session: paper clipping and cup transporting
The team members had to hold A4 paper between their legs and paper cups on their heads and relay from one end to the other to complete the competition. Some took small steps, and some jumped in big steps, each showing their magical powers, which caused bursts of laughter from the audience from time to time. In the end, Team 5 finished the task in the shortest time and won.
The second game session: tug of war
In this game, participants were divided into groups, and each had to pull the thick rope from both sides.
As the whistle declared the start, both sides immediately pulled the rope with all their strength. Sometimes, the two sides were in a stalemate, and sometimes, they showed each other’s advantages. Everyone fought hard, and their faces were filled with tears out of laughter, turning red from holding back. After four rounds of fierce competition and cheers of encouragement, group 8 won the tug-of-war championship in one fell swoop.
Refreshment after a long day
At noon, everyone went to Dashan Farmhouse Demonstration Village to “recharge and refuel”. After dinner, they wandered around the village and relaxed. However, some were full of energy and eager to try the challenging projects in the scenic area: rainbow slide, high-altitude stroll, and high-altitude rafting. The most challenging is undoubtedly the jungle crossing, which requires climbing, sliding, crossing, jumping and other actions to overcome all obstacles. It allows people to experience the thrill of gliding and jumping freely among the pine forests, releasing their instinct to be close to nature. Those who participated were fearless of any challenges and encouraged each other.
